Within the framework of the a ction plan of the Trade Union Council of Sughd Region dedicated to Youth Day of Tajikistan, an informational and advocacy campaign entitled “YOUTH — THE DRIVING FORCE OF SOCIETY” was organized at the initiative of the Youth Council of the Trade Unions of Sughd Region. The primary objective of this campaign was to strengthen the spirit of patriotism and national self-awareness among young people, promote the achievements of the years of independence, foster respect for national values, enhance political culture, and encourage active youth participation in public life.

     As part of the joint action plan of the Council of Trade Unions of Sughd Region and the Department of the Labor and Employment Agency of Sughd Region, dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and Youth Day of Tajikistan, a job fair for vacant positions and an exhibition-sale of traditional handicraft products was held on 19 May 2026 at the State Institution Loiq Sherali Youth Palace in Khujand.

     Yesterday, within the framework of the activity plan of the Trade Unions of Sughd Region, and based on the guidance and recommendations of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, aimed at promoting a culture of traditional dress among women and honoring national traditions, the cultural campaign “We Wear Tajik” was held.

     As part of the action plan of the Council of Trade Unions of Sughd Region dedicated to International Workers’ Day, a job fair for vacant positions was held this morning in front of Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics.

     This morning, in accordance with the work plan of the Trade Unions of Sughd Region, a roundtable discussion was held in observance of World Day for Safety and Health at Work, bringing together employees and occupational safety specialists from the education sector.

      On April 22 of this year, within the framework of the bilateral cooperation plan between the Council of Trade Unions of Sughd Region and the Department of Civil and Labour Law of Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics, the Professional Development Center of the Department of Civil and Labour Law was officially established at the Council of Trade Unions of Sughd Region.

     On April, 15 of the current year, a regular meeting of the Presidium of the Council of Trade Unions of Sughd Region was held in the conference hall of the Council, under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Council of Trade Unions of Sughd Region, Sharifullo Abdullozoda.
