If a primary trade union organization has not been created at your enterprise, organization or institution, then you can create it with the consent of the employees, if their number exceeds 5 people.

To do this, read the Trade Union Charter. After this, a meeting is held with employees about the creation of a primary trade union organization. At this meeting, the head of the enterprise or his representative will talk about the creation of trade unions. If there is anyone willing, he will be able to speak. Then, with the consent of the workers, one organizer is appointed chairman of the trade unions.

The composition of the trade union committee should consist of three (if five, seven) people. Therefore, two (or four, six other) people are elected as members of the chairman of the trade unions, and if there are more workers, then four or six other people.

After this, an audit commission must be elected. The audit commission should also consist of three (or five, seven) people.A decision is made upon the election of members of the committee and audit commission.

Then the head of the organization and the chairman of the enterprise’s trade unions must send a letter to the higher trade union organization in order to register this organization for further work with it.
