On June 23 of this year, the Children’s, Teenagers’, and Youth Recreation Camp named after the "20th Anniversary of the Independence of Tajikistan," located in the Jabbor Rasulov district of the Sughd region, officially began its operations.

Sharifullo Abdullozoda, Chairman of the Regional Trade Union Council, visited the city of Panjakent to oversee preparations and the official launch of the summer holiday season for children and teenagers.

Today, June 17, 2025, a working meeting was held in the conference hall of the Provincial Trade Union Council, chaired by Mr. Sharifullo Abdullozoda.

On June 13–14, 2025, Mr. Jamshed Yunusov — representative of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Tajikistan — and Mr. Tolib Okilov — Deputy Chairman of the Sughd Provincial Trade Union Council — inspected the state of readiness of suburban summer camps for children and adolescents in the region in accordance with Government Resolution No. 97 from February 28, 2025.

This morning, under the leadership of Mr. Sharifullo Abdullozoda, Chairman of the Provincial Trade Union Council, a meeting was held on resolving wage arrears in organizations and institutions.

This morning, on June 2, 2025, a meeting of the regional task force "Summer-2025" was held in the conference hall of the Provincial Trade Union Council under the leadership of the task force head and Chairman of the Council, Mr. Sharifullo Abdullozoda.

In celebration of International Children’s Day, festive events and a public promenade were held in the “Navruzghoh” Park in the city of Khujand. Employees of the Provincial Trade Union took an active part in the event!

     On May 30 of this year, a ceremonial event dedicated to the professional holiday "Day of Trade, Consumer Services, and Housing and Communal Services Workers" was held in the conference hall of the Trade Union Council of Sughd Province with the participation of employees from housing and communal service organizations, the gas sector, consumer services, activists, and veterans.

Guest from Tajikistan: Belarusian people were the first to bear the brunt of the German occupiers

On Victory Day, the chairman of the trade union council of the Sughd region, Sharifullo Bobochonovich Abdulloev, also arrived in Belarus.

     The guest from Tajikistan delivered a touching speech in which he noted the heroism of the Belarusian people and the importance of fraternal ties between the countries:

      On the occasion the Chairman  expressed his gratitude to the leadership of the Minsk region for the invitation to participate in the ceremonial event dedicated to the victory in the Great Patriotic War. The chairman congratulated all the Belarusian people on behalf of the citizens of Tajikistan. It was the Belarusian people who were the first to bear the brunt of the German occupiers.

     “Today we see how events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory over fascism are organized at a high level. Yesterday we visited the Khatyn memorial complex and learned about the difficulties that the Belarusian people and all residents of Tajikistan went through. I proudly recall the heroic deeds of the Belarusian people and, taking this opportunity, once again on behalf of the entire Tajik people, and especially on behalf of the population of the Sughd region, I congratulate all veterans and residents of the Minsk region. I wish peace throughout the world, - noted the chairman of the trade union council of the Sughd region”.

 80th Anniversary of Victory

This morning, the next seminar-training with the participation of responsible employees of trade unions of manufacturing enterprises and real sectors of the regional economy was held in the hall of the “Sugdiyon” hotel in the city of Khujand. The seminar was attended by 40 heads of the Labor Protection Service, labor protection specialists from the industrial, construction, agro-industrial complex sectors of the cities and districts of the region.

In light of the implementation of the Action Plan of the Sughd Regional Trade Union Council dedicated to the World Day for Occupational Safety and Health, a high-level training seminar was held on April 29 of this year in the comfortable atmosphere of the Sogdiyon Hotel.
