MEETING OF THE REGIONAL HEADQUARTERS “SUMMER 2024”

On June 5 of this year, in the hall of the Cultural Center of the city of Khujand, a meeting of the regional headquarters “Summer-2024” for organizing summer recreation for children and adolescents in 2024 was held under the leadership of the chairman of the headquarters, Deputy Chairman of the Sughd region Zainur Azimi.

    The meeting was attended by members of the headquarters, deputy chairmen of cities and districts, senior officials of the regional education department, chairmen    of industry trade union committees of the region, heads of education departments and chairmen of the committee of the trade union of education workers of the city and districts, heads of country camps and the media.

    At a meeting of the regional headquarters “Summer 2024”, the progress in implementing the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated February 27, 2024 No. 99 “On the organization of summer recreation for children and adolescents in 2024” and the resolution of the head of the Sughd region dated April 1, 2024 No. 67 “On organizing summer holidays for children and teenagers in 2024”, as well as about the process of preparing country summer holiday camps for children and teenagers in 2024, and information was heard from the Chairman of the Council of Trade Unions of the Sughd Region Abdullozoda Sharifullo Babajan.

   The Chairman of the Council in his speech analyzed the activities and state of country holiday camps and the coverage of children and adolescents, expressed his opinion on the work performed, as well as any shortcomings in this area and his proposals for the mandatory implementation of these resolutions.

    Then the deputy director of the Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the region, Usmonova Takhmina, spoke, who provided information on the sanitary and hygienic condition of holiday camps, obtaining the conclusion of the Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Control, on the provision of hot meals in accordance with the requirements of rules and sanitary standards.

   Also, the chairman of the headquarters interviewed responsible industry officials about the progress of preparations for the admission of children and adolescents to holiday camps and set tasks for eliminating existing shortcomings, preparing and conducting summer holidays for children and adolescents in 2024 at the proper level.
