ESTABLISHMENT OF PERSONNEL RESERVE SCHOOL

In order to prepare specialists from the youth and to involve them in the activities of management structures of Trade Unions, the implementation of the instructions and instructions of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, which was expressed in a meeting with the activists of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Tajikistan, based on the order of the Chairman of the Council from 09.04.2024 under No. 38 was established on the basis of the Center for Retraining and Professional Development of the Staff Reserve School of the Regional Council of Trade Unions.

On July 12 of this year, the official opening of the training course "School of Personnel Reserve" was held in the hall of the Council of Trade Unions of Sughd Region.

At the gathering, the public servant, former deputy chairman of the Majlisi namoayndagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, honorary citizen of Khujand, Shujoat Hasanova, public servant, civil service veteran, the lecturer of the state university by name B. Gafurov - Sharipov Abduhakim Sharipovich, former chairman of the Regional Trade Union Council of Sughd,  Zokirov Saidboy Zokirovich and veterans of the Regional Council of Trade Unions participated.

First, the head of the Council of Trade Unions of Sughd Region - Sharifullo Abdullozoda, expressed the aim of organizing the training course and noted that it is to train specialists at the expense of young people and involve them in the management structures of Trade Unions.

Then, the participants talked about the ways and methods of management based on their rich experience and guided the young people to improve their knowledge and develop their work.

Starting from this day, the first session according to the educational program has started, and it will continue until October.
